Custodians of Chestnut Class.
So 2017 is in full flow and we await news from Miss Wright; Miss Mallon and Ms Liddell have settled into our new roles as Chestnut class teachers and it feels as if we have always been part of it. We would like to thank everyone for making us feel very welcome and helping us along the way. We both feel very privileged to be part of this lovely class and school!
We plan very closely together on Wednesday so that there is a continuity within our delivery of lessons to the children and we also communicate regularly through various forms of communication so that any information can be relayed effectively so we both know any information necessary regarding your child.
Ms Alison Liddell
I am very pleased to have become part of Chestnut class this January and working with Miss Mallon to continue the wonderful work that has been started this year. I will be in class on a Monday and Tuesday teaching maths and literacy in the mornings and Art, Design and topic in the afternoons.
I am also in school on Wednsedays in my other roles as SEN and teaching Science in year 5/6.
If you would like to discuss anything about your child then I will be in school on Monday and Tuesday and Miss Mallon will in on Wednesday for the rest of the week. You can discuss anything with either of us and this information will passed on.
Miss Eve Mallon
I am very excited to be one of the teachers in Stone's lovely Chestnut Class and I will be teaching Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I am always around for a chat or if there is anything you would like to discuss.
During my days we will be continuing with our maths, literacy, and phonics, and will also be looking at some RE, PSHE and drama, science with Ms Berry and PE with Mr Ryman.
I am looking forward to continuing this year with Ms Liddell as part of the Chestnut Class family, and of course with you!
