Latest news: Our school is in the top 3% for pupil progress in reading, writing and maths!

Welcome to Stone with Woodford
C of E Primary School

Following Dfe instruction we are are now open from Tuesday 1st September.

There some useful information leaflets for parents and carers on the Dfe website to prepare for this return.

See new documents below for more information

Our aim is to get children back to school safely. A rigorous risk assessment has been carried out (a copy of which is in information for parents tab). Each class has been created as a 'bubble' to reduce the risk of infection across the school. Therefore, we have separate drop off and pick up times for children. In this way, we hope to reduce the risk of whole school closure in the event of an occurance of a Covid 19 outbreak.

Stone with Woodford Primary School is a voluntary controlled, small Church of England school in Gloucestershire. In August 2013 we became an academy. We were rated as Outstanding by Ofsted in July 2009. The school combines a warm and friendly atmosphere with high standards of educational achievement, and puts enjoyment at the heart of every child’s education within a Christian context. Our school is one big family where everyone is valued and respected.

We are dedicated to:
